Welcome to Library Locator Go App. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our mobile application operated by NTechCore. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Application

• View library details, plans, and ongoing offers
• Send requests to join new libraries
• View current and previous library membership data
• Mark attendance in joined libraries
• Submit ratings and feedback

• Attendance marking must be genuine and not manipulated.

3. Location Services

The App uses device location to display nearby libraries via Google Maps. Disabling location permissions may limit certain features.

4. Library Membership

Joining a library is subject to approval by the respective library administration. We do not guarantee acceptance of any join request.

All content, branding, logos, and software within the App are the property of NTechCore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Library Locator Go App acts as a platform connecting members and libraries. We are not responsible for disputes, service quality, or policies of individual libraries.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
